Thank you to the many Piranha Parents (and grandparents, siblings and friends) who have been checking the status of your completed volunteer shifts.  Registrar & Scorekeeper Shara Forrister has all the sign-in sheets, but just hasn't had a chance to go back in to Swimtopia to revise past meets' volunteer reports yet.  This will be completed before the end-of-season picnic on Thursday, August 3rd, when each of your completed and recorded shifts will equal a ticket in the end-of-season drawing.

Meanwhile, thank you for supporting your swimmers at each and every meet, and keep up the good work volunteering!

Don't forget to keep logging in to Swimtopia to indicate whether or not your swimmers will be attending each meet.  Those sign-ins close at 10 am the day of each meet - so it's best to sign in the day before whenever possible.  This helps Coach Alice & Coach Ayla to pre-plan heat and lane assignments, relays, etc.

PS - Don't forget to return your swimmers' Champs registration as soon as possible!  Not able to attend Champs?  Sign in to Swimtopia, find Championships on the Schedule of Meets, and indicate your swimmer won't be available - just like for a regular meet!
