PPST Parent Meeting

August 1, 2019

Jason called the meeting to order at 7:34 pm.

Elections were held and the following were elected for the 2020 season

Pres - Kasey Blair

VP - Brandi Thornbrugh

Sec - Millesa Park

Treas - Sara Baudrau

Registrar - Judy Woodworth

Mid Valley - Eva Petroff, Ruth Belisle

Announcements from Jason:

We had great volunteers this summer but still need more stroke judges & starters. Let the Board know so that you can get on the list & get trained.

We need a fundraising committee.

Fundraisers: Sponsor a lane, race, etc. Monica at TRT will donate the first 8 banners but we need more help to get it done.

Relay Invite - next June 20-21. Contact Jenny & Alice to volunteer.

From girls high school coach Alice:

Jamboree is the 2nd weekend of September. Need timers & starters, & officials & fans.

Oct 3rd & Oct 5th are also home meets and helpers are needed.

Jason asked for a motion to destroy the ballots. So moved.

Jason mentioned that Champs will be hosted by Othello next summer.

With no further business Jason asked for a motion to end the meeting. So moved.
